Request Membership

Complete this membership request form. Upon approval, you will have the opportunity to purchase your membership and join us at Palmer Brook Sportsman Club. 

MEMBER REGISTRATION FORM

New and returning members must complete this form annually to confirm the people and individuals associated with their account.


Recreation and camping members will have the opportunity to enjoy the land 24/7


All memberships include:

  • Four youth (under 16 years old) memberships for children that live at primary members residence.

  • Four reduced rate adult (over 16 years old) memberships for adults that live at the primary members residence.

  • One key to access Palmer Brook land


Once you complete this form you can purchase your membership for the 2026 season.


Please bring a copy of your payment with you when picking up your key(s) and ATV/ UTV stickers.
