Stay at the PBSC Lodge
Located at the club’s main gate, the Lodge is available to both members and non-members and comfortably sleeps up to eighteen guests. With six bedrooms, four full baths, a commercial-style kitchen, spacious dining and living areas, and a walk-out basement featuring a bar and recreation space, it’s ideal for families, friends, or hunting parties looking to relax in style.

Hunting private lodge rental

In addition there is a $500.00 per week per hunter fee.
Each hunter will be provided with an enclosed blind and a member to assist them during their stay.
Hunting Semi-Private rentals
Semi private lodge rental rate is:

Tenants should expect other guests will be sharing the lodge (could include club members and/ or outside guests.)
The club will try to book a min. of 3 bedrooms during any semi private week or it reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

By combining the club’s summer recreation, hunting, and fishing opportunities, you can make the most of your stay at Palmer Brook Lodge. With over 40 miles of ATV trails, spend your days exploring mountaintops, fishing stocked trout ponds, camping in the backcountry, or relaxing by the campfire before returning to the comfort of the Lodge.
In hunting season, the Lodge pairs world-class hunting with comfortable accommodations. A club member will assist you with transportation to and from your stand each day. The Lodge is available as a private rental or on a per-person basis for club members seeking lodging only.
All guest hunters must agree to obey the clubs hunting rules as defined in our specific hunting leases, as well as our General Rules and Regulations and all applicable New York State laws.
